Corowa Distilling Co is pleased to release the latest in the Corowa Lunar New Year Series.
Our 2023 release the Year of the Rabbit was aged in an ex bourbon cask that has held chardonnay before we filled it with our slightly peated new make spirit. The barrel sat in the top of our bond store to help extract maximum flavour out of the cask.
A beautifully rounded whisky with great integration giving buttery, creamy notes and just a whisper of smoke to round it out.
