The latest release from our Lunar Series, the Year of the Dragon is a small vatting of two heavily charred French oak port casks aged for 6 years.

We couldnt think of a better type of cask to celebrate the Dragon.

This limited bottling of 156 joins our previous Ox, Tiger & Rabbit releases and is presented in a custom wooden gift box.

Nose

Buttery apple crumble with floral blossom and hints of grapes and kiwi fruit. There is an earthy prominent character and oaky spice from the French Oak.

Palate

That green apple and biscuity digestive becomes more apparent with sweet vanilla. Soft & rounded flavours balance perfectly.

Finish

The sip finishes softly with some delicous smokey char and cherry notes.
