Product Description

Our Single Barrel 412 Bourdon Chardonnay Peated Cask has just taken out Silver in the World Whisky Awards for Single Cask Single Malt 12 years & under.

We love our wine aged in whisky barrels as much as we love our whisky aged in wine barrels so it’s always great when we can go full circle.

We picked this Bourbon barrel up from a Barossa Valley winery after they had used it to mature Chardonnay. The resulting whisky is deliciously buttery with interesting peat character and drying tannin finish.
