The Bangerang people, the traditional custodians of the land that we create our whisky on, call the Murray River Dhungala. These whiskies are our tribute to the land and our community.
Our second single barrel release from our Dhungala series is a true showcase of our experimental side.
Combining Scottish peated malt, Canadian maple syrup and assume ‘Spirit’.
Matured in a small 96 ltr ex American oak rye maple syrup cask to create a rich intense maple and peat flavour that softened beautifully when bottled.
This is the perfect mix of savoury and sweet.
