We’ve always loved the way peated spirit marries with the rich, buttery influence of Chardonnay casks, and this barrel is a perfect example of why.

From the Barossa Valley, this cask has wrapped our peated spirit in layers of oak, toasted sourdough and soft stone fruit. The result? A beautifully balanced whisky that delivers a decadent, smoky cheesecake character we simply can’t get enough of.

Thankfully, this is one of our larger single barrel releases so we don’t have to keep it all to ourselves.

Expect elegant peat smoke, smooth texture and a lingering finish that balances savoury and sweet in perfect harmony.
