Ten years ago, a small regional distillery made a bold decision – to start making single malt whisky in an abandoned flour mill purchased for just $1.

First Drop was our inaugural expression, hand-bottled in 2018 and limited to just 320 individually numbered bottles. It marked the beginning of a journey that would shape Australian whisky over the next decade.

Now, as we celebrate 10 years of distilling, we are opening the vault and releasing our very last remaining bottles.

Crafted using locally grown barley and malted nearby, this whisky was built on our founding belief in terroir, provenance and community. From day one, we set out to create something unmistakably regional, a whisky that spoke of place and people.

Matured for no less than two years in American oak port barrels sourced from the Barossa Valley, this cask delivered richness beyond its years. Bottled at a bold 63.1% ABV, it captured the raw confidence and ambition of a young distillery with something to prove.

Originally unveiled at a launch event hosted by the Acting Prime Minister at the time Michael McCormack, First Drop sold out in under 24 hours when first released and quickly became part of our history.

These are our very last bottles directly from our distillery vault. A true piece of Corowa history, yours to own for a limited time only.
