Single Barrel 561

This 100ltr cask is a prime example of how the unique climate here in Corowa matures our spirit. This young whisky is packed with French oak character thanks to the fluctuating temperatures that accelerate the extraction of color, flavor and aroma compounds from the oak as the spirit penetrates the wood producing a robust whisky full of tannins, sugars and vanillins.
