Imprint #2 Stu Whytcross

Created in collaboration with Stu Whytcross of Voyager Craft Malt, Imprint #2 celebrates the profound influence exceptional grain can leave on a whisky.

A farm kid from Barellan, Stu is the link between grower and distiller, working closely with local farmers to source exceptional grain before transforming it into the malt at the heart of every drop.

Distilled using Voyager’s Schooner barley and matured in an ex-Corowa rum cask previously seasoned with rich backstrap molasses, this release brings together Australian grain, thoughtful maturation and a shared curiosity for flavour.

Expect vanilla, toasted oak, toffee and praline on the nose, followed by creamy malt and crème brûlée on the palate. Bright lemon zest brings balance before a lingering finish of sweet vanilla and oak.
