Product Description

As a big coffee drinker, I have always been keen to do a coffee experiment. Dreaded Drop IV is a collaboration with St ALi coffee that has been in the works since 2019 and I am excited to say it is now ready for release.

Corowa Distilling Co & St ALi came up with a plan to ‘season’ an ex-muscat cask with Wide Awake Espresso, before filling with our organic chocolate malt new make. The barrel matured for nearly 3 years allowing the coffee flavours & aromas to interact with the oak and the spirit.

Together we have created a unique single malt whisky that offers a true coffee experience.
