Join us for a rare, intimate behind-the-scenes tour of Corowa Distilling Co. and Murray River Cooperage.

Hear from Dean, our founder whose bold idea to purchase the historic Corowa Flour Mill for just $1 and transform it into a distillery was equal parts crazy and perfect. In the early days, Dean was not only building the brand but also distilling the whisky himself, helping shape the spirit and story behind Corowa Distilling Co.

You’ll also meet John Carberry, our Scottish Head Cooper, ex-Diageo Master Cooper and fourth-generation cooper, whose craftsmanship has seen him create barrels for some of the world’s leading whisky producers – including the Royal Family.

Together, Dean and John will share insights into distilling, barrel craft, maturation, the stories behind your favourite drams, and what makes Corowa Distilling Co. whisky truly special. This is a very rare opportunity to hear from two of the industries best.
