Our newly restored wedding reception space offers a truly unique, one-of-a-kind venue that also happens to house one of Australia’s biggest whisky distilleries. Our original venue will be a real treat for your guests, with its breathtaking exterior and charmingly rustic features.
Our bar, made from polished concrete and handcrafted bricks from 1919, houses over 200 single malt whisky’s from around the globe. Our dance floor boasts 40 foot ceilings and custom white drapery to ensure your guests have enough space to move freely as they like.

Join us at Callington Mill at Macq 01, on the waterfront for an evening of stories, craft, and exceptional whisky. Hear from the distillers behind each expression, taste three releases from each house guided by both teams, and sit down to a locally inspired three-course menu crafted to pair beautifully with the flight.
