Faulty Products
If a product you have purchased from Corowa Distilling Co is faulty, damaged (excluding damage caused by misuse) or breaches a consumer guarantee, we will refund or exchange for a suitable alternative product.

Please provide proof of purchase when contacting us about a faulty product.
Change of Mind
Corowa Distilling Co will provide you with an exchange if you have changed your mind, provided that the product is:
*returned within 30 days after it has been purchased.
*within its use by or best before date.
*still in its original packaging.
*not opened or damaged, and in a re-saleable condition.
Please also provide your proof of purchase when returning a product under the change of mind policy. Please note that the delivery fee incurred will not be refunded if a purchase is returned as part of the change of mind policy. Returns and change of mind products must have been purchased from Corowa Distilling Co.
How to Return or Exchange?
You can bring your product to our distillery for a return/exchange. Alternatively if you are needing to return an item and are unable to visit our distillery you can post back your product to us with a copy of your receipt, please contact us prior so we can assist you. When posting a product please address it to our distillery:
