Two iconic brands have joined forces to create a series of exquisite handmade kitchen knives.  This limited edition is a testament to the shared values of both Corowa Distilling Co and Cut Throat Australia.  Our shared dedication to respective crafts, an appreciation for quality and a passion for creating exceptional products.

The blade is a san mai Chef’s knife with a high carbon cutting core and features a jacket of stainless with a copper shim.  The handle is distilled from old oak barrel staves from our award winning whisky.  Each kitchen heirloom comes with a special wrap around Saya that is carved from the same stave.

The partnership is more than a collaboration, it is the blending of two crafts that require patience, precision and passion.  The result is something that is both beautiful and functional, embodying the spirit of both brands.
