SHIPPING + RETURNS
- We use FastWay to ship our orders to NSW, VIC, QLD, NT, SA.
- We use Australia Post for WA & TAS.
- Please allow between 1-3 days for your orders to be processed and shipped out. You will receive tracking information once your order is sent.
- At this time we only offer shipping within Australia.
- We really hope that you love your items as much as we do.... but just in case it is not what you expected, you can return it to us if the item / items are new, unused, FULL PRICE and it is within 14 days of delivery. Return delivery is at your own expense.
- You can request a refund, exchange or store credit.
- Please email us on email@example.com if you would like to exchange an item.
- We do not offer refunds on sale purchases or purchases where a discount code was used.
- We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase.
- We ask you to email us the tracking number when sending items back to us as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Refunds and credit notes will be processed once the item has been received by us. If you have any concerns just call or email us.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- Because we are a small business, sometimes things don't go to plan. In the unlikely event that two people happen to purchase the same item at the same time we will contact you ASAP to let you know the item is out of stock.
- If we are able to reorder the item for you, we will let you know and post it out to you as soon as it lands! Or we are more than happy to send you a refund until the item is re-stocked.
